Designed for Iconofilia the VIII International Bienniale in Cuenca, Ecuador, this installation is a collaboration with Juan Ormaza, husband and artist. The piece has three parts. Part I includes a single channel video projection in a room containing multiple motion sensors. As viewers move through the space, phrases translated into 50 different languages and dialects are collaged into the space. Part II contains 4 billboards positioned throughout the streets of Cuenca. Part III is a 30 sec. radio spot played throughout the first three weeks of the exhibition.
